Hyundai Engineering & Construction (E&C), the construction affiliate of Hyundai Motor Group, said Wednesday that it began selling a total of 1,535 apartment units at the Hillstate Geomdan Well County complex currently under construction in northern Incheon.

The apartment complex will have 13 28-story buildings. Half of the units will be available to those who have lived in the city for over two years, and the remaining half will be available to residents of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province.

According to a Brand Reputation Index survey commissioned by Korea Media Marketing Group, Hillstate topped the list of the country's 24 apartment brands for 35 consecutive months from April 2019 to February 2022.

The firm said the sales price of Hillstate apartments is competitive, compared to nearby apartments.

The complex is near a subway station on Incheon Subway Line 1, which links with Gyeyang Station, a transfer hub connecting to the Airport Railroad Express from where commuters can reach Gimpo International Airport in about 10 minutes, and Seoul Station in about 30 minutes.

Childcare facilities will be set up in the apartment complex, including daycare centers, elementary, middle and high schools.

A major commercial district will be built within a 500-meter radius of the complex, and nearby will be a cultural complex, including a large lake park.

Two mountains are nearby, and two natural parks will be established soon.

The apartment buildings will each have a sky lounge, and the basement levels will provide storage spaces. An indoor playground will be created to provide a safe environment for children. A guesthouse can be used by residents' friends and relatives coming to visit.

A gym to be built will have an indoor screen golf practice facility.

Some apartment units larger than 85 square meters will be available for those who do not own any homes as well as owners of a single home. (Advertorial)
